About the Program

After working with hundreds of clients - from rehab and beginners, to advanced students - and helping them improve their posture, pain, stiffness, and helping them reach their goals, Angela has brought together her teaching into one clear, structured system that's now available to you. Whether you're a newcomer to Pilates, a professional looking to expand your knowledge, a group class enthusiast, or someone focused on injury prevention and improving posture and form, this course is designed to meet your needs. Each session focuses on controlled, intentional movement to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence without overwhelm. We cover the most important foundations of movement, including breathing, core control, and upper and lower body alignment. With simple, easy-to-follow lessons, Angela gently guides you through the program so you can progress at your own pace and build a consistent routine that feels supportive, sustainable, and grounding.

As a physiotherapist (MPhysio) and Pilates teacher (STOTT fully certified level 1 & 2), I understand the challenges individuals face when striving for better health and fitness. Through these programs, my goal is to empower and guide you in improving your health & wellbeing, and discover the transformative benefits of Pilates.
