About Your Guide

I created this program because I watched too many people suffer from poor posture and movement patterns that left them in pain and disconnected from their bodies. I realised that most fitness and Pilates instruction wasn't meeting the needs of beginners. It left them confused, intimidated, and unsure if they were "doing it right." After years of studying both Pilates methodology and physiotherapy principles, I designed this seven-session program to bridge that gap. It's not about perfection or pushing through pain.
